Please read carefully, when booking with Hello Glow or Little Pugs Makeup, it is assumed that you have read and agree with the terms & conditions below. These T&C's are subject to change without notice.

OHS FOR ALL SERVICES:

- If you have any medical conditions, sensitivities or allergies of any kind, you must advise your artist prior to service

- Hello Glow/Little Pugs Makeup and their employee's cannot be held liable for any losses that are incurred due to the client’s failure/inability to advise of any known/pre-existing conditions

- You agree that we are not liable for, & will indemnify us from any & all claims, liabilities, costs, loss, & causes of action relating to personal injury or death arising directly or indirectly as a result of your failure to disclose information relating to medical conditions 

 

​Contraindications/ medical conditions include but are not limited to:

- Facial herpes simplex

- Any open/weeping wounds or sores

- Warts

- Severe or Cystic acne

- Cuts and abrasions

- Sunburn or first degree burning

- Conjunctivitis

- Recent dental work

- Stye

- Eczema / Psoriasis

- Nits / head lice

- Any bruising

- Ringworm

- Impetigo

- Scabies

- Broken bones

- Photo-sensitivity

STANDARD MAKEUP BOOKINGS:

 

- If for any reason we are unable to complete your booking, it is our responsibility to source and secure a replacement artist of the same skill level

PAYMENTS

- Full payment of the balance of the booking is to be made in cash or online prior to your service commencing. 

CANCELLATIONS

It is the responsibility of the client(s) / original enquirer, to understand, agree and be held responsible for all booking conditions, including active communication, payment and notification of a cancellation and understanding the consequences.

In order to ensure that potential/other clients of Hello Glow/Little Pugs Makeup are not compromised by any current/booked client’s indecision/lack of confirmation, any cancellation of a booking by you will incur the following fees, payable prior to being booked again:

- Up to 3 months prior to the date – None

- 3 months - 2 weeks - A $30 fee is charged as a cancellation fee and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

- 2 weeks prior to the day and under and no shows - 100% of the booked amount quoted on your booking confirmation email will be charged as a late cancellation fee. This is to cover the loss of earnings from that appointment that we cannot fill at such short notice.

If for some reason you are late and we have other client's booked after you, it will erode your appointment time in which case you will still be charged at full price

You are solely responsible for ensuring that Hello Glow/Little Pugs Makeup receives your written rescheduling/cancellation. Failure to do so will incur the fees as above. A cancellation is only confirmed when your message has been responded to by a Hello Glow/Little Pugs Makeup employee. Thank you for respecting our businesses – if we do not work, we do not earn, therefore it is so important our clients understand this and is why we strictly enforce our policies. 

TRAVEL FEE:

We only travel for group bookings of 5+ people and Bridal Parties on arrangement. There is no associated travel fee for bookings in Palmerston North. Please inquire for mobile makeup bookings in the wider Manawatu further than 10km past the City boundary. Servicing Levin, Feilding, Bulls, Dannevirke, Marton & Paihiatua - travel fees apply + a booking minimum of 5 people applies.

TOUCH UP KITS

- We only use the best quality makeup products, brushes, and techniques to ensure your makeup will last throughout the day and all of the night. We spray your face with a high quality setting spray before you leave. and use a technique called baking to thoroughly set the skin. You will receive a lip touch up kit & post care information to give you peace of mind should you need to touch up your makeup throughout your event.

- 3 months prior to the day and under and no shows - 100% of the booked amount quoted on your booking confirmation email will be charged as a late cancellation fee. This is to cover the loss of earnings from that appointment that we cannot fill at such late notice.

If for some reason you are late and we have other client's booked after you, it will erode your appointment time in which case you will still be charged at full price

TOUCH UP KITS

- Same as standard makeup bookings.

BRIDAL TRIALS

- Trials are highly recommended for wedding bookings to feel confident, beautiful, and most importantly, yourself on your big day

​- Trials are an In Salon service only

- Day time is preferred due to the best and most natural light

- A freshly cleansed face is ideal ( makeup-less, no heavy moisturisers, eye creams, or products containing SPF)

- The more information you can give us the better, so prior to the trial, try to collect some photos of makeups you like, (instagram / pinterest / tumblr / google are great for bridal makeup inspiration if you're feeling lost) as well as any other details of your wedding i.e colour theme, your dress, bridesmaids dresses, hair ideas, flowers and jewels, that way we can learn a little more about you and your style and transfer that into your look. 

​- We are happy to release a list of recommended items and products used during your trial in case you want to purchase certain items for your wedding day

- Trials are subject to the same terms and conditions as any other makeup booking

WEDDING DAY

- Price includes false lash application, the styles are subject to change due to stock depending on our suppliers

- There is no discount if false lashes are not applied

- There is no discount for partial services ( eyes only, base and lips only, ect)

- If the travel time is more than 3 hours drive each way, overnight accommodation may be a required. The cost of accommodation is to be covered by the client

- International bookings are subject to request and may require associated travel costs (flights, travel insurance) to be covered fully, or partially by arrangement.

- Depending on your bridal party size, a secondary makeup artist will incur a surcharge

- The time that our team arrives to you will depend on what time you need to be ready, and we may have other bookings after yours, please be ready for service at the designated time to allow a smooth service

- A designated area is needed, including a (preferably) large table, high stool or chair and natural lighting. We will bring a ring light with us 

- Please advise on parking instructions for location

- If parking is not free on site, then the parking fee is to be covered by the client

- Public holiday bookings will incur a surcharge

 - Early starts 7 am or earlier will incur a surcharge

- Late finishes after 7pm will incur a surcharge

- If a product(s) in my kits OHS / sanitation is compromised, the replacement of that product will be invoiced to the person who made the initial booking with a 14 day period for payment - see OHS for more information

PREMIUM SPRAY TAN BOOKINGS:

PAYMENTS

- Full payment of the balance of the booking is to be made in cash or online prior to your service commencing. 

CANCELLATIONS

It is the responsibility of the client(s) / original enquirer, to understand, agree and be held responsible for all booking conditions, including active communication, payment and notification of a cancellation and understanding the consequences.

In order to ensure that potential/other clients of Hello Glow are not compromised by any current/booked client’s indecision/lack of confirmation, any cancellation of a booking by you will incur the following fees, payable prior to being booked again:

- Up to 1 week prior to the date – None

- 1 week - 48 hours prior to the date - A $15 fee is charged as a cancellation fee and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

- 48 hours prior to the day and under and no shows - 100% of the booked amount quoted on your booking confirmation email will be charged as a late cancellation fee. This is to cover the loss of earnings from that appointment that we cannot fill at such short notice.

If for some reason you are late and I have other client's booked after you, it will erode your appointment time in which case you will still be charged at full price

Mobile bookings are available in Palmerston North with no added travel cost.
